A single well-scoped feature (e.g. a document extraction pipeline) usually takes 6–10 weeks from discovery to production. Larger, multi-workflow automation programs are scoped and delivered in phases so you see working software every few weeks rather than waiting for one big launch.
Do you build on our existing data, or do we need a data team first?+
Most clients don't have a dedicated data team, and that's fine — part of our discovery phase is assessing what data you have, what shape it's in, and what (if anything) needs cleaning up before a model or pipeline can rely on it.
